AMS Story

Established in 1994 by a group of former Motorola employees with exceptional expertise in electronic assemblies, AMS Electronics focused on solutions mainly dedicated to the communications market in its early years. Over time, the company has expanded its workload, opened a new branch in Jerusalem, and traded in the local stock exchange. In pursuit of providing full-range assembly solutions, the company acquired Dion Industries in 2007. In 2010 settling in Rosh-Ha’ain (central Israel) enabled AMSE to draw the production floor closer to its prime customers.

The merger with PCB Technologies in 2019 was the ultimate milestone in advancing the company’s current portfolio, ranging from New Product Introduction (NPI) through new components assembly solutions to High-Density Interconnect (HDI) PCBs geometries. Our customers are mainly High-Mix-Low-Volume (HMLV) electronic devices manufacturers or, as we like to refer to them – High-Mix-High-Technology companies.

Since Tzedi Levi and Eldad Miller, AMSE’s Operation Officer and CTO, respectively, joined the company, our customers have benefited from their long-year interdisciplinary experience.
